12 Steps To Self Care

As I was listening to Christian Northrup's audiobook " Women's Bodies, Women's Minds", I was reminded of my own journey and the journey most of us experience.The journey of what the world presented to me and what I thought I needed to be. Not connected to my own True self. Not accepting of the body I was given. The health issues I suffered because I was not aware or properly informed.

 

At a young age, I was called to living a healthier and more fulfilling life. A lifestyle change that changed my health all around. Eating fresh foods, getting quality rest, exercising, using herbs for food and medicine, and changing the way I talked and treated myself. Yes, the way we treat ourselves does affect our health. To change your biology you have to change your beliefs. "The world we have created is a product of our thinking" Albert Einstein.

 

With this I wanted to share with you 12 steps of self care.
